The Founder.
Cody Stull is a Charlotte, NC native who turned a college arm into a seven-year professional career — and built The Pitch Lab to hand that hard-won knowledge down.
After four years pitching at Belmont Abbey College, Cody was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 2014 MLB Draft. Over seven seasons in the organization he climbed to Triple-A and earned 2016 Organization All-Star honors — living the daily grind of pro development, mechanics, and arm care at the highest levels of the minor leagues.
In 2024 he founded The Pitch Lab. In a short time it has grown into a brand respected across MLB, MiLB, NCAA, and the top amateur ranks — trusted by players and evaluators who know the difference between a drill and real development.
His approach is simple: meet the athlete where they are, measure honestly, and build a plan that adds velocity and command without sacrificing health. Pro-level standards, broken down so every athlete — from first-time youth arms to college commits — knows exactly what to work on and why.
